What’s the difference between Starter Website and Business Website?
Starter (£795 + VAT) gives you a clear business presence and a standard contact form. Business (£1,495 + VAT) includes those foundations, then adds deeper service and content planning, tailored designs for key pages, one enquiry or quotation form with relevant questions, visitor and enquiry tracking, and two revision rounds instead of one. The page allowance also rises from five to ten. Both include responsive layouts, search-ready setup, a walkthrough and 12 months of care. Online Shop is a separate selling package; it does not automatically include Business’s ten content pages or tailored quote form.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Domains, platform subscriptions, payment fees and paid extras are separate. I’ll explain the running costs before you book. After the included year, Hosting & Care is optional at £59 + VAT/month.
Is hosting included?
Every new website package includes 12 months of Hosting & Care from launch, with one business mailbox while care is active. Continuing afterwards is optional at £59 + VAT/month, with no automatic paid renewal.
Will I own my website?
Your domain and business data stay yours. Northfaced retains copyright in its original work; once paid for, you have a permanent licence to use and change it, including with another developer. Moving options depend on your platform and are explained before you book.
Care, ownership and moving provider ↗Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Repairs, improvements and provider moves receive their own quote. If a replacement makes more sense, I’ll explain why before you decide.
Do I need a new website to use your automation services?
No. I can connect your existing tools. Prices start at £695 + VAT for one straightforward workflow connecting up to two compatible systems, with software fees and ongoing management separate.
How long does a typical project take?
Your quote includes a delivery plan based on the work, content and access needed. We agree dates for your project before starting.
What happens if I need additional features?
We agree the extra work and its price before starting. That might be bookings, payments, a connection to your business software or an AI-assisted task.
