From uncertainty to clear priorities.

  1. Choose the questions

We agree which pages, accounts and customer journey the review will cover.

  2. Look at the evidence

I check the agreed pages and accounts, explain what I find and flag anything that needs more information.

  3. Decide what comes next

You receive written findings and a walkthrough to help choose your next step.

The review covers findings and a walkthrough. Any changes you choose to make are quoted separately.

Talk through your next step

Website & Business Improvement Review.

From £495 + VAT

For one website and its main enquiry journey, covering up to 15 key pages. Find out whether customers can understand your offer, trust your business and get in touch.

You receive a tailored PDF report and a prioritised action plan, with examples or screenshots to explain the findings, plus a 30-minute walkthrough. Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days once I have what I need; we’ll confirm your date before starting.

A one-off review, with no ongoing subscription. Changes to your website are quoted separately.

Bring the questions you want answered

  • What am I paying for, and what has actually changed?
  • Can people find the relevant pages and send an enquiry?
  • Do I control the domain, hosting and important accounts?
  • Is the useful next step a fix, a content change or a larger project?

Use the plan yourself, take it to your current provider or ask me to quote for the changes. If keeping the current setup makes sense, I’ll say so.

What we can look at.

The route to an enquiry

Can customers understand your offer, find a contact option and send an enquiry successfully, on a phone or computer?

How customers find you

Whether search engines can find your pages and whether your content clearly explains what you offer.

What you own and pay for

Understand your supplier’s work, reports and ongoing costs, and who controls your important accounts.

The review also covers mobile use, design, speed, search foundations, accessibility and visible security concerns. It is a practical business review, not a formal security or compliance audit.
