Larger initial catalogues, existing-store moves or connections to order and stock systems. We check the platform and data requirements before quoting.
A place for customers or staff to complete a task, or a connection between bookings, enquiries and business records. Access, permissions and supported connections shape the scope.
We identify the people, tasks and existing tools involved, then check what is feasible. If paid investigation is needed, its scope, outputs and cost are agreed first.
Your written quote sets out deliverables, payment terms, target dates, customer inputs and acceptance checks. Where stages are useful, we agree what each stage delivers.
We identify an approval contact and the people who need to test or review the work. Gathered feedback keeps decisions clear; changes to scope and cost are agreed before work starts.
Custom projects are quoted individually. The number of pages or products, existing data, user access and connections to other tools all affect the work.
The quote separates build work, any discovery, ongoing support and third-party costs. It also confirms payment dates, account control, source files, licence and handover rights. Standard website-plan pricing and the twelve-payment condition do not apply automatically.
Bring your budget and target date if you have them. We can discuss priorities and agree a scope that makes sense before you commit.

Yes, we can review what your business needs next and what your platform supports. Extra pages, bookings, payments and connections to other tools are scoped and quoted before work starts. Your quote confirms any one-off charge, changed monthly price, external costs and effect on your existing agreement. These additions are outside the minor existing-content update allowance.
Link to this question Explore custom websites and systems ↗Your domain can stay in your name and an existing email service can often stay in place. Before a move, we check access, important page addresses, content and connected services, then agree redirects and launch checks where needed. Existing shop products and order data need their own migration scope. Plan any overlap before cancelling your old provider. No move can promise unchanged search rankings or uninterrupted service.
